My husband, 17-year-old daughter, and I live in south central New York with our rescue dog Eliza. I have three grown children and three grandchildren.
I earned a certificate in professional plant-based cooking from Rouxbe Cooking School in 2016.
I had been vegetarian for several years before transitioning to vegan in July 2013. Since then I became a vegan lifestyle coach and educator and have had many opportunities to spread the word about veganism's benefits to our health, animals, and our planet. The only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner.
